Waystone are seeking to deliver a strategic mixed-use scheme on the northern edge of Clowne. Allocated as a strategic site in the Bolsover District Local Plan, Clowne Garden Village sits on land between the A616, A618, and A619 which affords good access to the M1 motorway.
The proposals, which are currently being considered at planning, comprise up to 1800 new homes, employment, commercial and leisure uses with improvements to the local highway network and the provision of new community facilities.
