Waystone is pleased to announce that T J Morris have selected Unity for their 4 th Regional Hub to deliver a large 800,000 sqft fully Automated Distribution Centre together with a live Store and regional training hub for their Home bargains stores.
It is estimated that in total the development will deliver approximately 1,000 new direct jobs, inclusive of engineering and management roles and several hundred construction and permanent supply chain jobs.
The Distribution Hub has now received its Reserved Matters Planning Permission and is set to commence construction in 2025.
