Our Glasshoughton development is situated just off Junction 32 of the M62, in Castleford, West Yorkshire.  This thriving mixed development occupies the site of the former Glasshoughton Colliery and Coke Works.

Following the closure of these former uses, the site stood derelict until Waystone Limited was appointed as English Partnerships development partner and secured planning permission for the ambitious mixed development which included a leisure complex with a real snow ski slope, a factory outlet retail centre, new homes and a range of employment uses.  Over the development period, the masterplan also evolved to include a college, restaurants and car sales generating over 5000 jobs and 180 acres of built development.
