INFRASTRUCTURE

Construction and development of site infrastructure is a task Waystone takes in its stride, working collaboratively with sub-contractors and suppliers with the construction of roads, bridges, sewers, ancillary structures and service installations, the company utilises its experience to tailor cost effective solutions and designs to the infrastructure of each site.

CIVIL ENGINEERING

Waystone staff possess experience and expertise in most types of civil engineering work and therefore can offer total solutions to development and re-generation of both brownfield and greenfield sites. A capability to manage and conduct infrastructure works enables Waystone to offer a complete ‘one stop shop’ service in the creation of development sites.

DESIGN & BUILD

Waystone’s major regeneration sites offer exciting strategic locations for customers seeking new premises. In addition, the company offers a property design and build (D&B) service, as well as leasehold solutions for those renting property. Waystone’s design & build philosophy is to provide quality buildings through clever design recognising the importance of the identity that customers are seeking to establish for their company. For example, past builds include bespoke offices, call centres, supermarkets, colleges, restaurants, hotels and hospitals.
